November is the busiest month on the calendar: the Wellness Fest, the World Surf League at Cerritos and the 21st Festival de Cine. What each one is, where, and how to take part.

Three weekends in a row, three very different crowds. November is when the season really starts.

Todos Santos Wellness Fest · November 6–8

Born in 2024, it gathers the town's teachers for three days of yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing and live music at Santa Terra Living, among lavender, mango trees and vines. Part of the programme is free and bilingual, in the town square — the easiest way to try it.

WSL Pacífico Surf Open Cerritos · November 19–22

The World Surf League returns to Playa Los Cerritos for the third year: a QS 2,000 qualifying event with around 120 international surfers, four days of heats on the beach where most people here learned to surf, with live music and community events around it. Among the local names, La Paz's Lucas Cassity.

Festival de Cine de Todos Santos · November 23–29

The 21st edition, in the historic Teatro y Cine General Manuel Márquez de León: international films, Mexican productions and work made in Baja California Sur, the «Hecho en BCS» competition, an animation section, masterclasses, outdoor screenings and the Leonardo Perel film school.

If you are coming to look at houses

These three weeks are a good time to see the town full and awake — and a busy time for hotels. Book early, and leave a free morning to visit properties: the beach traffic at Cerritos on surf days is real.
